In providing our Pop-Up Bar services to a long time client of ours, we got to set up one of our newest custom portable bars.


Promotion Services


We are a TABC licensed promotion services company specializing in liquor, wine, beer and specialty foods promotions that prides ourselves on our dedicated agents, product training, dependability, and genuine effort to promote and sell your products.

We work one on one with brands and distributors to ensure that we have all requisite product knowledge in order to educate staff and customers on the key points of sale. We create a custom performance recap for each event which serves many purposes. The performance recap will not only log the agents' in and out times, sales, but also how many people tasted product, what the responses were from the customers regarding taste, price point, and any other market information that might be helpful. We log if other competing promotions were taking place and how the specific managers feel about the product and the product potential for their specific location and clientèle. We will also capture pictures of set up and interaction and will have all agents upload to our file sharing system for your review of all results.

Partnership Bonus:

Our company also provides services and management for many events, and we will incorporate your products to all events where there is an opportunity to do so, giving your brand exposure to many groups that you might not otherwise reach.

Standard Service Description:

  • $140.00 (3 hr shift and 1 hr paid travel)
  • We will provide stainless steel shaker and or cork screw, ice bucket, table cloth, & table for each event.
  • We will provide proof of performance for each promotion; and will have all pics, & receipts uploaded to our file sharing system within 48 hrs of shift, and will give each client access for review and download option.
  • Client will be responsible for all promotional product cost (wine, liquor, cups, ice) in advance.
  • 15 day billing cycle for shift service fees- Invoice must be paid within 5 days of invoice to avoid 5% late fees
  • 1 free monthly phone scheduling consultation with distributor/ brand when needed

Premium Service Description:

  • $170.00 (3 hr shift and 1 hr paid travel).
  • We will post 4 messages or pics to our site/social media monthly (1 per week).
  • We will provide stainless steel shaker and or cork screw, ice bucket, table cloth, & table for each event.
  • We will provide proof of performance for each promotion; and will have all pics & receipts uploaded within 24 hrs of shift and will give client access to our file sharing system for review and download option.
  • We will provide agents purchasing funds for all (wine,liquor, mixers, cups, ice) needed for each promotion & will invoice monthly including shift service fees- 5% interest fee for all charges.
  • 30 day billing cycle- Invoice(including shift and charges) must be paid within 5 days to avoid 5% late fee.
  • 1 free monthly scheduling consultation meeting on site with distributor/brand when needed.

Legendary Service Description:

  • $200.00 per shift (3 hrs and 1 hr paid travel).
  • We will provide a monthly pic slide show using (Imagination Slide Show Application) of promotion pics that you can use for marketing; I will post 8 messages or pics to our site/ social media monthly (2 per week).
  • We will provide stainless steel shaker, ice bucket, table cloth, & table for each event.
  • We will provide weekly proof of performance and will have all pics, recaps, receipts uploaded within 24 hrs of shift, and will give client access to our file sharing system for review and/or download.
  • We will purchase and invoice for all promotion items & will invoice monthly including total shift service fees for the month- 3% Interest Fee Will Apply.
  • 30 day billing cycle- Invoice must be paid within 5 days to avoid 5% late fee.
  • 1 free monthly scheduling consultation meeting on site with distributor/brand when needed.
  • We will work one on one with brand or distributor to come up with a schedule that is beneficial to stores looking at traffic for specific locations, and inventory on hand at each location. We will take into account holidays, city events, ect. We will complete schedule and will send for brand approval 30 days prior to first scheduled event. This will allow time for booking and securing top agents.

Ultimate Service Description:

  • $240.00 per shift (3 hrs plus 1 hr travel).
  • We will order and provide banner, and custom table cloth for each event with 1 year contract for services with a minimum.
  • We will provide clear plastic shot cups for each event with no charge to you.
  • We will provide stainless steel shaker and or cork screw, ice bucket & table for each event.
  • We will provide monthly slide show using (Imagination Slide Show Application) with pictures captured from demo's for you to use for your web site or promotional meetings.
  • We will post 12 social media post about your product (unique recipes, pics, etc) 3 per week.
  • We will provide weekly proof of performance spreadsheet; and will have all pics, recaps, receipts uploaded to our file sharing system within 24 hrs of shift, and will give client access for review and download option.
  • We will purchase and invoice for all promotion supplies (liquor, mixers, wine, beer, ect) including total shift service fees with Hrs- No Interest Fee Will Apply.
  • 45 day billing cycle- Invoice must be paid within 5 days to avoid 5% late fee.
  • 1 free monthly scheduling consultation meeting on site with distributor/brand when needed.
  • We will work one on one with distributor/brand to come up with a schedule that is beneficial to stores looking at traffic for specific locations, and inventory on hand at each location. We will take into account holidays, city events, ect. We will complete schedule and will send for brand approval 30 days prior to first scheduled event. This will allow time for booking and securing top agents.

Policies And Disclaimers For Promotions:

We will require POS training information for all products, and we will provide training sessions for all agents for each product so that each promotion can yield the most successful returns. If the client has their own training classes we will schedule agents to attend and will invoice for the training time.

We require uniform or dress code requirements from client; otherwise the agents will be asked to dress appropriate for each specific promotion location.

Approved and Confirmed Schedules must be sent to me 4 weeks in advance to guarantee booking; we will accept scheduling request up to 48 hrs in advance and will do our best to fill the shift; however it is not guaranteed.

Travel hour covers all stores in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and surrounding areas; this will insure that we can get coverage at all locations.

A contract will be drawn between EMH and each brand and will be sent to TABC as required.

Each agent will have tabc certificate and company promotional permit number on hand for each event.
